Things like "&nbsp;" (instead of "&#160;").

If you don't have any of these: just remove them. If you have some, and
want to declare them locally: see
<https://greenbytes.de/tech/webdav/rfc7749.html#special.unicode.code.points>.

Note that XML has a few hardwired named entities that do not need to be
declared, such as "&amp;" or "&lt;".

I believe the message has been around since the version was bumped up to
3.x.
