The WG reached consensus on adopting draft-bi-xrblock-rtcp-xr-psi-dep-decodability as a WG item.

Document authors, please submit the next version of this I-D as draft-ietf-xrblock-rtcp-xr-psi-dep-decodability-00.txt.
