Yang Doctors,

Just for background, MBONED is considering the adoption of this draft as a 
WG doc.  It was suggested to get some early feedback from the yang experts 
to help provide some guidance for the doc.  Thank you for the helpful 
feedback you folks have provided here.

| It seems the authors do§ what Benoit would call a service model. The
| text clearly needs work. For example:
