Abhijan Bhattacharyya is trying to facilitate that, and Fred Baker has helped him a lot to cover all the bases.  But it’s not easy — it took a couple of decades until Madrid finally qualified, as the venues available there were just not right.  So let’s see whether that will work out.  (At least it’s not going to be hard to get flights there :-)
