If we have enough players show up to play which is over 11 per side, I
would say that perhaps two smaller side by side games on a smaller pitch
may allow for more play.

I would prefer that over 11+ on 11+ on 1/2 field (too many a side tends to
keep people out of the play - given I assume we are not professionals with
a host of set plays)

7on7 or 8on8 are not bad games on slightly smaller pitches (my $0.02)
