of course, of the three main pizza varieties in the US (New York, Chicago,
New Haven), I'm not sure you can fairly compare them across varieties (you
can have a preference)!

There is a lot of ink spilled on the best pizza in Chicago, holler if you
want a quick rundown. We are not in an optimal zone (this is fun, but
