Yeah. I hope (probably vainly;-) that people sent nomcom the
message that the IESG needs to rebalance their efforts more
towards strategic/structural change, and do that in the near
term, but I guess we'll see.

I think it's important to say that the worry is not about the
current or even future LLC personnel - it's the general issue
that staff doing their $dayjob full-time will, over time, tend
to take on more and more of the tasks that volunteers used do,
even when everyone is trying to do the right thing. Avoiding
that needs both the LLC folks to explicitly aim to avoid that
outcome and it needs the IESG to not let it happen.

Sounds like a bit of a nightmare tbh;-( I hope the IESG get the
message that change is needed and act on that.
