As the abstract says, revision –16 should address the Working Group Last Call comments.

We are now soliciting a round of final reviews, intended to complete 2023-10-12.

There already is one new issue there, so expect us to forge a -17 at the end of next week.
(Please ignore the two-digit issues, which are really reminding us of work that is going on outside the draft.
The new issue #134 is about a “description” entry in the info block, which we have strangely not noticed as missing so far…)
