Damian Conway: "if nothing you've tried so far has worked, try
something new."  SPF counts as new.  I have seen several people
criticize SPF as unworkable.  I invite them to propose a specific
alternative.  If they will not, then these people won't lead, and they
won't follow; they need to get out of the way.
