Congratulations Jean-Marc for the so very promising start!

Just one small humble nit:

?? Were we not supposed to work on an Internet voice codec?
Maybe this intent should be reflected in the text as well?

If other "packet networks" may be suitable, which would they be and why?
(Does this can of worms need to be opened here?)
