Specifically, I find the following ones from the specification:

1.3.101.75          Transparency information X.509 extension.
1.3.101.78          Signed data content type for precertificates.
1.3.101.80.*        Reserved for log IDs
1.3.101.8192-16383  Reserved for log IDs
