I can sponsor a side meeting, but my only available time slot today is 6:30-7:30. I'll inquire as to the availability of a room. Remote participation support is unlikely but I'll ask for that too.

I'm at the meeting through Friday afternoon and may be able to help arrange an informal venue for this if necessary. I have very few open timeslots, however.

Hello, fine folks,

First off, I will openly admit two things:

- I am very new to IETF, and am currently wearing that gorgeous badge
ribbon in a raspberry-shade which says "new attendee." My first one!

- Paul Vixie and I are at the same $dayjob, and he's been working with me
(and some colleagues) internally on this. His resuscitation thread was
partially because we were figuring out the best way to work on this.

I wanted to see if anyone on this list might be interested in a good-old bar
BoF on DBOUND at 114. In particular, I'm curious on:

- Why this effort died - seems like failure to come to a consensus on the
problem statement + solution. Note that our problem statement might be
slightly different than that which is in the charter, but not by much.

- How folks might want to restart this - new BOF? New WG? Something else that
I'm not familiar with (see also: raspberry-shade banner)?

If anyone might be interested in a bar BOF, and is currently at/adjacent to
the 114 venue, please speak up. I'd be happy to take a shot at leading said
bar BOF meeting, assuming there's interest. I am here all week.

Thoughts?
