Sure and it's not an UNCOL. The front ends are mostly common from one
machine to the next but there are plenty of local tweaks. It also
helps that all of those languages have similar semantics. Try Cobol or
Lisp.

I don't understand that comment unles you're pointing out another reason that
your proposal is not worth working on.
