Nope, we don't.  

Last I checked, also, GoDaddy actually _published_ the SPF records you
send them as a TXT, but I haven't checked recently.  

That's what Dyn tells you to do in the "Standard DNS" product.  Our
enterprise product (DynECT DNS) offers the TYPE 99, partly because that
product involves access to our concierge people, who can help you out
when things go wrong.  The low-price Standard offering is only possible
to offer if our support costs are kept low, which means "no
hand-holding".  Because we're interested in a good customer
experience, we have to be conservative about what we offer.
