09-Feb-2010,draft-irtf-dtnrg-ding-network-management

I believe the status of this document reflects an error in naming on my part more than any WG acceptance.  Thus, draft-irtf-dtnrg-ding-network-management probably should be listed as being in state 7 at the moment.

An updated version of this document will be reappearing as an (properly named) individual draft within the next 3-4 weeks.  I'd like to push for a transition from 7 -> 6 to happen after another version (or two) of this draft, so say within the next few months.
