Ah, now that I see the detailed note, it's clear: I was making a 
comment on Brian's slide/presentation, which didn't say that 
Call-Info can contain a CID.  The document text clearly does say 
this.  The text I said I'd add was to re-add some editorial text that 
was accidently deleted during a previous revision.
