It takes effort to get all of the actors who are involved in creating
and maintaining those entries to get all of the information into the
registry correctly.

The core information, such as name, authority agent, and specification
citation, is part of every registry and therefore part of everyone's
understanding of what to do.

The current topic is about information that isn't ingrained, even among
subject matter experts. I suggest that that will make it more likely to
be handled inconsistently.
