Being less terse about this.

The references (fax-ffpim -> fax-esmtp-conneg) are both in EDIT
now, so the document is not "STUCK" - it was stuck in the past,
but will now proceed, as they are proceeding.

There was coverage of this point on this list about a month ago.

Again, though, if there are publication deadlines from ETSI or 3GPP pertinent
to the ifax enumservice RFC publication, the IESG needs to know this.
