Hi Dave,

I agree that the example in Section 3 incorrectly has an OK response 
rather than the required BAD response.  As document shepherd, I missed 
that.  I believe that this is just editorial, as the text clearly states 
that returning BAD is a MUST, and can probably be fixed during AUTH48 
unless Alexey feels compelled to fix it now.
