I hate to be picky here, but the document says that UIDREQUIRED is to be
returned in a tagged BAD response "as below", but the example shows a
tagged OK response, making it somewhat unclear. I *think* the OK is a typo,
but it makes the definition unclear.

What do you think, Arnt?
