This change looks great (with typo fixed for "news-fields" instead of 
"newsfields").

Please note that the first line about <optional-field> updates Section 
1.4 of RFC 5536 (the line defining <fields> is changed to the line 
defining <optional-field>).

The other lines update Section 3 of RFC 5536.  The introduction of 
Section 3 should also refer to Section 3.6.8 of RFC 5322 instead of 
Section 3.6.
