This draft does raise concrete objections. I do not think they have merit,
but they are stated clearly.

However, the draft is almost entirely written in the passive voice.

- "The community has heard grumblings from ADs..."
- "The AD job is described as being very difficult..."
- "The AD job is described as time-consuming..."
- "The IAB is often labelled the 'IESG retirement home.'"

So, I'm not sure who has these objections.
