I put a pre-draft version of problem statement on
<http://trac.tools.ietf.org/area/app/trac/wiki/BarBofs/IETF80/http-auth/AdditionalMaterials/DraftProblemStatement>.
I tried to be as neutral to specific technologies as possible, but we may still
update this to reflect more comments on the Bar-BoF and IIB as possible.

We will wrap this as a I-D format in a few days, but I'd like to reflect your
suggestions and comments as much as possible.  Please either send your comments
here, or personal mails to me are also welcome.
