Here is the revision of the Registration Interface Draft for your comments
below:

I can see your point that it is technically copied from the Capability Data
Model:

Since my intent is to show how to actually show an example of
the Registration of an NSF's Capability using the Registration Interface.
I believe that it will be better to reduce the number of examples shown in
Appendix A.
We show one example to illustrate how to use the Registration
Interface (with the "performance-capability") in the I2NSF system.

The update in the revision is as follows:
Appendices A.2 through A.6 are removed as the examples shown in
those Appendices are redundant since basic examples are shown in
Appendix A.1.  Also, the contents of Appendix A.1 are merged to
Appendix A.
