Right, the why64 list does not contain 2491 NBMA, 3572 MAPOS, 4391 
Infiniband cited by the default-iids; the list in this latter does not 
cite 4944 802.15.4, 2529 6over4, 5214 ISATAP cited by why64.

I didnt know IPv6-over-MAPOS and -Infiniband existed.  I wonder to what 
extent are they or have they been used.

I agree.  Similarly, recommendation in default-iids mayneed to influence 
a number of _individual proposal_ drafts IPv6-over-foo like 
draft-hong-6lo-ipv6-over-nfc-02 or draft-petrescu-ipv6-over-80211p-02.
