Re: [lisp] draft-iannone-lisp-mapping-versioning as a work group item

Now closing the call for comments on the adoption of this document once and
for all. :-)

There does appear to be a substantial number of individuals that wish to see
this document as a work group item. No objections were made.

Can the authors at their earliest convenience upload a LISP WG '-00' version
and be prepared to update the WG in Beijing.

For all of the people who said they would review this document please do so
and post comments back to the list.
