It seems this email has prompted people into life.

I'll apply the 'benefit of the doubt' rule here assuming you were all
inundated with work-for-money concerns. :)

Joel and I will allow another 4 days for any latecomers to enumerate their
concerns regarding the adoption of this draft.

I will re-close this on Tuesday the 7th September.
