Thanks the above observation can be converted to text for the new charter. Let me think a bit the way to do it.

References to VPN and DMM can be added, since this is IETF work.

For NFV, is I have the same comment as for SDN. It looks to me that in this way we make scope more fuzzy rather than clear. Moreover, like for SDN, this is IRTF work.
