I am consuming all my credits :-)

I was mistaken by the name 'admin' in admin-discuss.  I am used to email 
lists at IETF to have an 'admin' part which is reserved for 
administrators, like in e.g. https://www.ietf.org/mailman/_admin_/[email 
list name].  This is why I thought this was reserved.

But I am told in private that admin-discuss is open so I subscribed.
