Ross,

I've read the draft, and I agree with the authors that it is ready for
publication. It's been improved since the previous WG LC. My only comment
is that the reference to draft-ietf-ccamp-rsvp-te-mpls-tp-oam-ext should be
updated to RFC 7487, which is something the RFC Editor would do anyway.
