Hi, Thanks for the clarifications. I am missing most of the background on what has been done in this area prior. I am doing my best to catch up. It is also a reason I might be a bit defensive about taking on what I might think is new work. I don't want to delay any re-chartering of work that the WG agrees on is the way. But I need to understand this before I bring it forward. Thus it will take some discussion on this topic before I am there. So please consider Robert's question. I do like to see some answers on this.
