Hi Guys,

This draft tries to define YANG data model for NTP, which has been presented in Dallas.
Co-authors wish to improve it and move forward if people from NTP-WG think this direction is interesting.
To do that, we are appreciated if you guys can comment on it and give some suggestion.
More important, we will be pleased if people who are interested can join us to contribute together.
