was discussed at IETF 77 and previous drafts have hadfeedback from this
this list lodged against them...

This email kicks of the mailing list call for consensus to accept this
work as a working group document.

Commentary in the wg meeting was as noted in the minutes was favorable
among those who had read it. and subsequent comments on the list hae
also been favorable, this exercise is intended to formalize that
understanding.

Deadline for commnentary is sunday april 25th.
