I am usually not too comfortable with the change of status in the middle
of a set of review comments -- mostly because I don't think the WG might
be paying attention (in general, not specific to pim).  [Note: I'm saying
that now as a test. ;-) ]

Mike did send a WGLC message [1] for -06, which already had the "Standards
Track" status in it.  While I didn't see any reply to that, I am ok as
long as the history is somehow reflected in the Shepherd's writeup.
