You brought a good point about static MS-PWs, For static MS-PWs at S-PE On TTL-Expiry.. 1- Check if this is an ipv4 oam packet. 2- If the PW support CW, check if the 1st nibble = 0x0001, if so then this is an oam. Do you see any issue with doing the above?
