Thanks for all the comments.

I've started to work on a text that includes Server Name Indication and 
some text around when a server can be considered "the same".

Since this is a possibly not completely backwards-compatible change, 
I've done it only in a Pull Request, so you can comment on the changes 
on Github before I merge some text into the document that might not be 
WG consensus:

If we decide to add this, I would add a bit more text around how the 
server side should handle SNI, this is not there yet, I wanted to see 
first, if we actually want to add SNI to the draft.
