Unless Bob Barr doesn't approve of your sex life, in
which case he believes that you do not have the right
to engage in consensual acts with another adult in
your own home.  He also thinks that giving his own
religious beliefs the force of law is a dandy thing to
do, which is also (arguably) a privacy issue.

Barr's trying to grab himself some visibility on 
internet stuff and he's using the wiretap stuff to do 
it, even though he really hasn't been able to formulate
a coherent statement on the matter other than "wiretap
bad, freedom good."
