The chairs believe that the scim comminity see a need for a version 2.0 that involve more than minor incremental changes from what we have now. In our opinion a design team will help the wg start to converge more quickly. 

The chairs also fully expect the group to be reduced in size very quckly as it was clear on the first call that all who volunteered were not actually able to spend the time.

In the meantime please continue identifying issues!
