Cosmo has co-authored the spec and we have released an open source pure 
javascript implementation based on webcrypto 
(https://github.com/medooze/sframe) and using with w3c insertable 
streams (https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-insertable-streams)

It is already integrated in Medooze products:
