Thanks for all the work that has gone into this document and the eagerness
to push this document forward!



In the last meeting, we did request the WG to review the document
(especially, the extensive changes made across revs 9-12) in anticipation
of WGLC. There have been a couple of revisions (13-14) since the meeting
and we did want to give the WG sufficient time to absorb the changes before
taking it to WGLC.



Please expect to see the LC process get started for this in September.

(@WG - In the meantime, please feel free to propose any further edits to
the list)
