Not being particularly familiar with the independent submission process: Is it true that there is no public venue for discussion of this draft (or other independent submission drafts)? The address you point to seems to be that of the ISE, and draft-knodel-terminology.all@ietf.org (mentioned by Mallory in a later message) goes to the authors + ISE.
