Simon,

I happen to have a copy with me for the meeting I am sitting in San
Francisco.  I will try to make sure it comes with me up to Seattle.

I will be bouncing between the S33 meeting in the Westin and the IETF in
the Sheraton.  So finding each other may be a trick.
