Dumb question: should comments be sent to tzdist?
draft-douglass-timezone-service-11 says to email comments to
calsify@ietf.org whereas draft-daboo-caldav-timezone-ref-01 merely lists
its author's address. Does adopting these drafts next month means
comments should be emailed to tzdist@ietf.org next month? (I'm always
looking for excuses to delay reviewing of drafts....)
