This is not a message the IETF should be spreading, because then the logical
question follows "why bother with IPv6 at all, if I have to keep IP4 around".

And indeed, dual-stack is worse than IPv4 only.  Says me, who has had
dual-stack v4+v6 in our network and on our web server since 1999 or so.
