- Because then all devices in my network would request IPv4 all the
time.  Even if an application supports IPv6, it might still try to
open IPv4 socket. In case it's on a dual-stack or IPv4-only network.
Therefore I'd not achieve my goal of reducing IPv4 footprint in the
network.
- If the host is running clat, then applications might open IPv4
sockets but it does not necessary mean the host itself needs an IPv4
address. It might not if the network provides NAT64. Or it might if
the network is just dual-stack or IPv4-only.
