Qin pointed out to me off-list that I've misread the draft, and that the single stream per SSRC segment can apply to audio and video, so my second and third points are not valid. Apologies for the noise, however I would suggest that section 3.2.1 be re-titled "Single Stream Audio/Video per SSRC Segment" to stop others making the same mistake.

My first and fourth comments are unaffected.
