DAvid, sorry if I missed something from what you mentioned.

The question is whether or not a VoLTE call can resist handovers to-fro 
WiFi.  I can't try that myself.  Maybe you can.

Another question is what is VoWiFi?  If VoWiFi is a particular 
operator's view of WiFi, then I can agree that _within_ that operator 
network the VoWiFi-VoLTE voice calls might resist handovers.

But I cant try.

I think it is important to be able to try.
