They offered to charge me in dollars, but I declined, since I think my
credit card offers a better conversion rate.  I suspect that it is a
clumsy error on their part, as the failings of CityWest seem to be
mistakes rather than deliberate venality.  I would start by calling them
and asking for the charges to be corrected into euros.
