Are you talking about the Belgian train system? After all you only spent the first 5 minutes in The Netherlands ;-)

Fwiw, I have 0 experience with the website of NS being wrong, and I travel *a lot* by train in the Netherlands. I don't know what happened, whether you made a mistake or something broke down (that does happen you know!)
