To quote ietf99.cz:
>In case of any inspection during using the public transport, it is necessary to show the ticket as well as the IETF badge.

To be on safe side you should have your IETF badge with you. There are
many traffic inspectors. Most of them will not need to see it, but there
can be some insisting on it. You never know.
